'Amyitis' is a typical euro-game with good strategy, a tactical filling and a fine layer of theme. It not only involves resource/ money management but has a very good integrated timing aspect. When should you buy your workers? Which resource do you need and how can you get it? When will the caravan be at the point where you need it? Since all info is put on the table, you have all information to see what each player is up to. All actions are closely interacting with each other which creates a lot of player interaction.

No brainer. No surprise here. It is good. It is actually very great. Steel Driver does not contain anything extra original design but it is just so wellthought and well-designed combination of proven great train/stock/railway game mechanics/features forming itself into respectable light-medium economy/railway playable in 60-90 minutes.

This game is elegant, not needing the extreme complexity of its big brother (Caylus) to remain interesting and challenging. Conclusion In short, Caylus Magna Carta is the perfect game. It is simply amazing. If I could change anything about it, all I would do is make the box much smaller, since much of the space is wasted.

Queen is a great racing game. The theme is well represented and the game is one of deliberation, some guesswork, and a little luck. Having to plan when to pick up the passengers, slow down, and blow the coal for a needed boost makes for some wonderful challenges.

The game is well balanced and there is no runaway leader problem. Furthermore, our game ends were very close with little details making the difference. In addition, the game is forgiving in the sense that one single mistake will not put you out of the game. For this reason, I can say it is also a good game for all kinds of gamers, or for newbies.
