First time I played I realized there was a lot of stuff to pay attention to but I wasn't able to plan and execute any medium term strategies. In the second play I was able to think ahead a little bit more and I realized there were a lot more tactical options available than I thought. In the third play it all clicked. Taking advantage of the open sea board is crucial not only because it allows you to set up ofensive and defensive moves, but also because the final score is very dependant on those final relations. I'm very eager to try this one again. Rating can go up. |

I think I will raise the rate sometime in the future because it seemed a lot like my kind of game. Very tense, full of difficult choices with a very solid theme. 23/05/2008 Played with two. Excelent game. Terrific game! 28/07/08 Very disapointing experience with 3 players. I don't like the inicial setup and I didn't like especificaly the luck envolved on this particular play. I have to rate it lower and I'm not sure if I'll ever going to modify my opinion about it. We'll see. |
