Requisitos obrigatórios:
- saber no que se está a meter;
- ser pontual;
Requisitos opcionais:
- ter lido as regras pelo menos na diagonal.
(Prefiro jogar a 3 quando há alguém que nunca jogou, daí ser só uma pessoa :P)
Se não houver ninguém interessado então peço a alguma alma caridosa que leve Power Grid, Shogun ou Supernova para ensinar :p

I really enjoy the game and for me is no problem to play against new players.
From my last 20 games I would say that 10-12 of them I played them with someone who had never played it. So I really enjoy playing the game and try to teach it to others, so its not an issue to me to play it with inexperienced players.

I'll try to be there earlier.
My "problem" is that Soledade will also join and I don't know at what time he will arrive at Lisbon. Depending on the news that I have from him I will wait for him at home and only afterwards I'll join at the Cafe, or, and this is the other solution, I will jon at 14:30 and I will get him in the middle of our game.
A 20 minutes break (if you don't mind). Is it ok?
