| haroldun | 8.0 | Colecção | A fantastic CDG. Simple and clever mechanics and lots of theme. But not as good as TS. |

| hmocc | 7.0 | Great theme for an area majority game. Despite the obvious approach to Twilight Struggle, this game has its own merits and ends up working well and being tight at the end. The Support Checks mechanism works well and there is a scope for grand strategy, amidst the tactical action/reaction of each turn and round. I found the momentum markers too powerful and I reckon that whoever controls momentum throughout the game end up winning. | |

| Tiago | 7.0 | Excellent card driven 2 player game. Control is disputed on several areas which at game end gives you points. The board is a bit too big for my taste. It could have half the size and game play wouldn't be affected. For 2 players. Ages 12 and up. Playing time: 90 to 120 minutes. | |

| pitris | 4.0 | A bit of a disappointment, really. TS is one of my all time favorites and the prospect of having a similar game playable in 1.5 hours seemed great. This is not that game, though. It's playable in 1:30h, give or take a few minutes, but this has little to do with TS. Luck plays a very significant role, much bigger than in TS, even though there are no dice. The problem is that the luck of the draw can be decisive and the game doesn't provide the players with the tools to deal with it. Instead, the game engine itself balances things out artificially (that's what rest cubes are, an artificial balancing mechanic). Campaigning and positioning on the issues are very zero-sum actions, so the whole game becomes a boring and repetitive exercise. Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad or broken game. The components are great, the theme is nicely connected to some of the game mechanics and everything is balanced. But TS is one of my favorite games ever and this is only an OK game. UPDATED: Sold it after 5 plays. | |

| soledade | - | Colecção | Love the game and want to play it again very soon. Although the theme isn't as interesting as in TS, at least for someone at this side of the Atlantic, the game play is much more enthusiastic than TS. The flow of the game is excelent, it can be played in 90 minutes or less and, with some American Geopolitical Learning the strategy could be excelent. Main difference between this one and TS is that you have control over the entire game because scoring is equal for both players. Both players only score at the end of the game and none of them has scoring cards in hand which makes it much more fair. So it seems. I think that the replayability is not very high and the interest in playing it becomes lower after a couple of plays. A good game though. |

| costa | - | Colecção | Probably my favourite 2 player game. Love the theme, love the mechanics. I just wish i could convince my wife to play this with me :) |

| jernau | - | Colecção Para Troca | Some interesting twists on the Twilight Struggle formula, and a well integrated theme. Unfortunately this doesn't really appeal that much to me, and in the end if I'm going to play a game of this type I'd much rather play TS. |

| shiva_skunk | - | Colecção | In the line of TS but playable under 2-3 hours. The momentum markers are a good mechanic that TS don't have. The politic theme is also very appealing. Too bad I don't have a regular opponent to try this more often. So far ... a solid 8! Edit: After getting more acquainted with TS I now see that the race for the momentum markers is what drives this game and therefore I've downgraded to a 7. |
| nbs | - | like the theme, but the mechanics are too repetitive... seems we are always doing the same thing... over and over... Very card-flow luck dependente ... | |
