| Toryu | 6.0 | Colecção | An OK game. It takes skilled sabouteurs to win a round. The three rounds are a nice twist to the normal approach of an event card placed amongst the draw deck. It helps the players concentrate more on the paths and state of the game withou worrying that an event card is going to come up unexpectadly. |

Either the good guys (majority) or, depending on the number of players, non, or more (but alway minority) saboteurs to spoil the game to the good guys. It's nothing overly original but it's a fun starter to get the players into the mood of backstabbing games like Intrigue, Mall of Horror, Kutschfahrt or SoC for example. |

I love the concept of games where there is / might be a hidden traitor, because (me being a roleplayer and all) I have fun trying to bluff/con/cheat/lead/mislead others using everything at my disposal. This game, however, didn't cut it for me so far. It's relatively easy to tell who's a saboteur in our games, and there seems to be little advantage to being subtle; if other players block you, you can still block them in return and play those powerful cave-in cards at the worst possible time. |
